Helping You Heal the Past and Build Resilience for the Future.
Welcome. I’m Dr Emily Incledon, Clinical Psychologist and EMDR therapist.
At Networks Psychology, I support adults who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, low mood, self-doubt, or overwhelm. Whether these challenges stem from clear distressing events or a build-up of difficult life experiences, I offer a compassionate, evidence-based approach to help you move forward.
I specialise in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) therapy, an effective treatment for addressing both significant events and the quieter, ongoing experiences that shape how we think, feel, and relate to ourselves and others. By integrating EMDR with therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Schema Therapy, I tailor each session to suit your unique goals and pace.
Sessions are available in-person in Williamstown or via telehealth, where appropriate.
Could EMDR Help You?
EMDR is more than a trauma therapy. It can assist if you:
Experience persistent anxiety or low mood
Struggle with self-esteem or negative self-beliefs
Feel trapped in unhelpful patterns or emotional responses
Carry the impact of past experiences—whether obvious or subtle
Are motivated to engage in a structured, effective approach to healing
For Referrers
I welcome referrals for adults seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and self-concept issues, where EMDR may be beneficial. Collaborative care and clear communication with referrers is part of my practice.
Supervision & Consultation
I provide EMDR-focused supervision for clinicians looking to strengthen their trauma therapy skills.
In late 2025, I will offer EMDR consultation for those working towards EMDRAA accreditation.
