<image:title>About Dr. Emily Incledon - Dr Emily Incledon Clinical Psychologist | EMDR Consultant | Supervisor</image:title>
<image:caption>About Me I’m a Clinical Psychologist with over 14 years of experience supporting adults through life’s challenges, with a particular focus on trauma-focused therapies and EMDR. In my work, I value creating a therapeutic space that feels collaborative, honest, and empathetic- whether I’m working with clients, consulting with referrers, or guiding clinicians through supervision. I help clients who feel stuck- whether due to anxiety, low mood, trauma-related experiences, or negative self-beliefs- to process the past and build resilience for the future. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies, with EMDR at the core, integrated with ACT, CBT, and Schema Therapy to meet individual needs. I hold accredited training in EMDR Therapy, Schema Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and CBT for Insomnia. Alongside my private practice at Networks Psychology, I am the co-founder of Lumify Health, a practice dedicated to advancing trauma-informed care through EMDR Intensives. I also serve as a Consultant on the TAC Clinical Panel, supporting clinicians working with clients impacted by transport accidents. Clinical Background Before establishing my private practice, I worked for many years as a Senior Clinical Psychologist and researcher across several of Melbourne’s major hospitals, including, The Royal Children’s Hospital and Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. This experience shaped my passion for multidisciplinary care, particularly in areas such as oncology, rehabilitation, and trauma recovery. Supervision & Consultation I am a Board-Approved Supervisor and enjoy supporting psychologists and other mental health clinicians to develop their skills, particularly in trauma-focused therapy and EMDR. I offer EMDR-focused supervision and provide formal consultation hours as an EMDRAA Accredited Consultant.</image:caption>

<image:title>For Referrers - For Referrers</image:title>
<image:caption>Thank you for considering Networks Psychology for your patients. I am a Clinical Psychologist and EMDR Accredited Consultant with an interest in trauma-focused therapies. My practice focuses on supporting clients experiencing: Anxiety disorders Depression and mood difficulties Trauma-related concerns (including PTSD, complex trauma) Low self-esteem and negative self-beliefs Stress, burnout, and adjustment issues Difficulties linked to adverse childhood experiences or attachment patterns I use an integrative approach, with EMDR as the primary modality, supported by Prolonged Exposure, ACT, CBT, and Schema Therapy where appropriate. I pride myself on establishing collaborative relationships with referrers to build a shared understanding of the patient and their needs. You will receive comprehensive feedback about the clinical assessment, treatment and progress of your patients. Client Suitability I work best with clients who are: Motivated to engage in structured, evidence-based therapy Seeking to address underlying causes, not just symptom management Stable enough to participate in trauma-focused work (i.e., not in acute crisis) Please note: I do not provide crisis intervention or primary treatment for severe substance dependence, active psychosis, eating disorders, or high-risk presentations requiring intensive case management. If unsure about suitability, feel free to contact me to discuss prior to referral. I am registered to provide services under TAC and Workcover. A gap fee applies for these clients. I also deliver EMDR Intensives. More information can be found here.</image:caption>

<image:title>Consultation - EMDR Supervision & Consultation</image:title>
<image:caption>Supportive, Practical Guidance for EMDR Clinicians I know that working in trauma-focused therapy can be deeply rewarding- but also complex, challenging, and at times overwhelming. Whether you're developing your EMDR skills, navigating tricky cases, or working towards EMDRAA accreditation, supervision should feel like a space where you’re supported, understood, and equipped with practical strategies. I offer EMDR-focused supervision and Consultation for psychologists, social workers and other EMDR-trained mental health clinicians who want to: Build confidence in delivering EMDR therapy Integrate EMDR with modalities like ACT, CBT, and Schema Therapy Discuss complex cases in a safe, reflective space Stay grounded in evidence-based, trauma-focused practice Expand their offerings to include new and rewarding models, like EMDR intensives I have particular interest in working with specific client groups including: TAC clients (compensable schemes) Clients impacted by oncology-related trauma Trauma- and adjustment- related disorders My experience spans private practice, hospital settings, and consulting roles, giving me a broad perspective on how to deliver effective and sustainable trauma-focused therapy.</image:caption>
